Pre-Pandemic we received a handpicked Elijah Craig, Weller & Blanton’s barrel from Tops Liquor! We aged the 3 handpicked barrels with the same base stout recipe for 32 months. This is the longest aging process we have ever undertaken! Our team is beyond excited with the result of this extended aging process!
