The Origins of Orion’s Buffalo began with a Buffalo Trace single barrel pick, sourced by Yucca Taproom and Cotton & Copper (whom we miss dearly). We rested our Imperial Stout for 15 months. No adjuncts, no tricks just a scrumptious Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
