Inflation is our 14.5% ABV Imperial Stout Base aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel for 13 months. After the barrel aging process we rested it on toasted coconut, hazelnut, coffee & vanilla. This flavor combo tastes VERY nice!
