There's something in this beer. I can't tell you what it is, but it's agave.  I don't know why I told you that.  That was supposed to be a secret. Damn it.  Well, you're now in the circle of trust, thanks to my big mouth.  Anyway, agave beers,...does anybody else brew those? Maybe. That's a good question for your local shaman.  As for this beer, it pairs quite well with an overdue breeze from the desolate landscape that surrounds us.

When you're ready to open this, remember a few things.  The shaman may tell you to close your eyes and chant or something.  I don't know.  But if you're into that sort of think, here's what you can do: Open it, take a deep breath, close your eyes, swig deeply, and declare aloud, "Nectar!"  But please don't be too loud because, you know -- secrets and stuff.  That's at least what our shaman would recommend.  I don't know.  But yeah -- agave.  That's what you're tasting.  Secrets out.
